Introduction:
During the year 2009-2012, Italian government supported the bio fuel cogeneration power plant. All these power plant is running without watched by people. The bio fuel is with palm oil, colza oil, animal fat. It is widely used in some factories and hospitals. Now all these gensets run for more than 15000hours.

Introduction to the project item and the use of Gen-set:
The Thailand market high voltage power station project is a power supply project signed by the customer and the local government with a period of 3 years.Weichai provide 9 Baudouin 12M33 generating sets in total, with a single common power of 900kW, which ensures the 24 hours operation of 7 sets. Rotation operation of 9 units, always ensure that 7 units are running and 2 units are at rest,the total load does not exceed 5MW, that is, the output of a single unit is about 715kW (80% load).
Up to now , the performance of the generators is excellent ,no big break down problem happens.

In the construction of the Bolivian highway in CRCC, 2 units of our 600kW generator set were used for the power supply of the shredder, and the generator set in the process of using Weichai was of excellent quality and sufficient spare parts, which provided customers with reliable power supply guarantee. CRCC add Weichai to the Supplier directory in early 2019, the later period will be full cooperation.

In 2018, an enterprise will build a plant in djibouti and purchase 3 heavy oil 4.8mw generator sets. The plant will provide customers with electricity for production and living, which is planned to be used for 20 years.Weichai is the general contractor of power station equipment. The overall equipment includes 3 MAN-7L21/31 generator sets, fuel treatment system, lubricating oil treatment system,intake and exhaust system, waste heat utilization system, cooling system, compressed air system, power distribution system and control system.To provide customers with the overall solution from design to equipment production, and then to guide the installation and debugging, the total cycle of 10 months, the current equipment is running well.
