Buying a hydraulic system is very expensive, and it costs a lot of manpower and material resources. However, in daily use, the hydraulic system swings because we don't know how to maintain our own hydraulic system, and the service life of the hydraulic motor is short. For the inspection and maintenance of seals, the lip seal shall be mainly inspected for damage and wear on the lip, and the combined seal shall be mainly inspected for the wear of the sealing surface, and then determine whether the seal can be used. In addition, the static seal ring of piston and piston rod shall be inspected for extrusion. Once defects are found in the seal and guide support ring, the seal with the same structure and suitable materials shall be selected for replacement according to the structural form of the seal of the repaired hydraulic cylinder, so as to greatly reduce the oil film thickness between the seal and the sealing surface and reduce the leakage of the seal.

If the  hydraulic orbital motorspeed decreases, the causes may be:

(1) The pump is damaged, the pump body is overheated and generates noise

(2) When the safety valve is opened, the valve barks or hisses, and local overheating occurs

(3) The control valve is tightly closed or the oil supply and return system is not unblocked, and local overheating occurs

(4) Excessive leakage of hydraulic motor crankcase, excessive leakage of single drain pipe and high oil level

(5) The distribution rotary valve leaks excessively, the valve chamber is overheated, and it feels very hot when touched by hand

 

Replace the pump and study the cause of its loss. Check the valve. If it is intact, check the system pressure, check and correct it. For the fourth point, there are the following four points to deal with:

a. Check the oil viscosity and operating temperature

b. Check the sealing condition of the cylinder piston

c. Check the condition of the ball joint

d. Check the condition between the connecting rod and the eccentric surface and the sealing of the distribution rotary valve
