Vice Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee Wan Gang Visits Weichai

On the morning of August 13, Wan Gang, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, chairman of the Zhigong Party Central Committee, and chairman of the China Association for Science and Technology, visited Weichai to inspect scientific and technological innovation, and encouraged Weichai to further strengthen the construction of its innovation system and innovation capabilities, build world-class products, and lead high-quality development of equipment manufacturing industry.

Wan Gang visited Weichai Fuel Cell Production Base, Linde Hydraulic Industrial Park, the large-bore high-end high-speed engine plant and other major projects of old and new growth driver replacement. At the No. 1 Factory of Weichai, the first batch of intelligent manufacturing demonstration bases in China, Wan Gang learned in detail about the implementation of Weichai operating system (WOS) and carefully watchedthe intelligent projects named after first-line craftsmen. He said that it is necessary to vigorously promote the spirit of craftsmen and cultivate a large number of outstanding craftsmen who master intelligent manufacturing technology.
